A slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. Holding poses longer allows us to work the deeper tissues of our ligaments, joints and deep fascial networks.
A moderately paced, alignment-based class with a focus on back care. It’s for students with a good understanding of yoga postures, with modifications given for a broad range of student abilities.

Linking together movement and breath to create a unique Vinyasa flow, this class is open to a wide range of practitioners. Aimed toward a moderately vigorous pace with modifications given for both beginning and more advanced students.
