Growing up dancing in South Florida, I was a children’s dance teacher before becoming a flight attendant. I’ve lived in New York and California and finally landed in NH. When I’m not flying across the country, I love flying over the local lakes and mountains with my husband in our antique airplanes.
I love canoeing, kayaking, hiking, growing and gathering fresh vegetables in my garden, and preparing healthy meals with my husband and friends.
Lisa has studied the human body and how we move for over 30 years. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Dragonfly Yoga Barn in 2015 and is pursuing her Yoga Medicine therapeutic specialist certification with Tiffany Cruikshank. This program introduced her to Myofascial Release, and she completed her initial 55 hours of MFR training. Completing this training and incorporating these techniques into her yoga classes inspired her to obtain her Mobility and Recovery Specialist certification with RAD. Other certifications and training include Bernie Clark’s Yin TT, Pilates Mat certification, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga for Women’s Health.
I’m excited to share my love of yoga with others, hoping they’ll experience the peace and calm it brings.
I teach at Discover Health and in the Dragonfly Yoga Summer program at Rockywold-Deephaven Camps in Holderness, NH. I am available for private and semi-private classes.
