Yoga Flow
A moderately paced, alignment-based class with a focus on back care. It’s for students with a good understanding of yoga postures, with modifications for a broad range of student abilities.
All Levels Flow
Linking movement and breath together to create a unique Vinyasa flow, this class is open to a wide range of practitioners. Aimed toward a moderately vigorous pace with modifications for beginning and more advanced students.
Self-Myofascial Release
Self-myofascial release is a gentle manipulation of the fascial and muscle tissue that you perform on yourself. Lisa will introduce you to the information super highway of connective tissue, your fascia, and why it is essential for healthy living. Using tools such as tennis balls, yoga blocks, and rolled blankets, she will share how self-myofascial release techniques can help hydrate your tissues to ease the discomfort of stiff muscles, enhance recovery from injury, facilitate a greater range of motion, and experience greater ease throughout the body.
